Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a device and a method for reducing the solid content of titanium tetrachloride slurry of a leaching system. The device comprises a spraying part which is configured to spray towards a flue gas outlet of the chlorination furnace; the heat exchanger is connected with the spraying part and the leaching tank through the conveying pipeline, and the leaching tank is used for collecting titanium tetrachloride slurry obtained after leaching; the conveying pump is connected with the conveying pipeline; the temperature measuring part is used for detecting the temperature at the flue gas outlet; and the control part is in communication connection with the temperature measuring part and the conveying pump and is configured to control the conveying pump to be started on the basis that the temperature detected by the temperature measuring part is higher than 250 DEG C.
