Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a needle assembly with a valve and an indwelling needle assembly which have a novel structure and can fix a valve body more firmly with a simple structure and can be easily assembled to improve manufacturing efficiency. A needle assembly (10) with a valve includes a connector (46) having an inner hole (77), a tube body (44) fixed to a tip portion of the connector, and a valve body (16), and is provided with an assembly portion (50) formed in an internally and externally inserted state by inserting an insertion portion (46a) of one of the connector and the tube body into the other.
