The system comprises a renewable energy system (a photovoltaic system and a wind power generation system), a household charging pile charging system, a remote public charging pile system, a storage battery system installed in a building, an indoor environment building system and the electric vehicle. When the load of the demand side building indoor environment building system and the electric vehicle has peak values and the electric quantity emitted by the supply side renewable energy system cannot be met, the electric vehicle can drive the remote public charging pile system to be fully charged and then reversely charges the building, and energy supply is guaranteed.
