The method comprises the following steps: carrying out geometric modeling on a high-speed rail roof insulator model based on finite element simulation, establishing a flow field model and a solid motion model by taking an atmospheric environment as a flow field and taking a high-speed rail insulator as a solid point, and setting geometric parameters of the high-speed rail and the insulator; numbering different positions of the windward side and the leeside of the insulator and updating the distribution condition of the flow field around each solid point; performing material parameter setting on the model by using a finite element simulation method; and performing physical field setting, mesh generation and solution calculation on the model by using a finite element simulation method.
