The method comprises the following steps: establishing a plane coordinate system; calculating the elongation of the free section; calculating shear stress of the anchoring section; the elongation of the anchoring section is calculated; establishing a space rectangular coordinate system; calculating the displacement of the far end of the anchoring section; calculating the total displacement of the anchor head; and determining the rigidity coefficient of the anchor rod.
