Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel method for detecting organic tin in a biological sample through combination of a dispersive solid-phase extraction material and GC-MS. Titanium dioxide microspheres serve as a solid-phase supporting material, MOF-808 (Zr) is bonded to the surface of the titanium dioxide microspheres through an in-situ growth method, an MOF-808 (at) TiO2 adsorbent is prepared and used for enriching organic tin compounds in a biological material, and after derivation is conducted through sodium tetraethylboride, the organic tin compounds in the biological material can be detected. By combining GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) analysis, the method for determining various organic tin in urine is established. The method overcomes the defects of poor separation effect and low accuracy in the solid-phase extraction material and treatment process of the existing method for detecting the organic tin compounds in the biological sample, and realizes the method for detecting the organic tin comp |
