The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting original signals at different detection distances and different methane gas concentrations, processing and transmitting the original signals to an upper computer for filtering low-frequency noise and extracting features, then dividing a sample data set into a training set and a test set, performing out-of-order processing on the training set, inputting the training set into a support vector regression machine and a training model, and finally, obtaining a test result; ending the training until the output predicted methane gas concentration result meets the requirement; and finally, evaluating the generalization performance of the support vector regression algorithm constructed based on the training set through the test set.
