Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a reverse image test and evaluation system and method, which perform simulation display of an actual coverage area of a reverse auxiliary line by means of a light display coordinate system constructed by a gradienter, replace tedious operation of manual line drawing, and are quicker and more convenient in test development and greatly improved in test efficiency. The computer image processing technology is combined to extract the critical dimension of the actual coverage area of the auxiliary line of the reversing image, the measurement data of the reversing image is automatically obtained, the test error generated by manual measurement is reduced, the test result is more accurate and reliable, and the test precision is effectively guaranteed; and finally, carrying out qualification evaluation on a size measurement result in combination with established performance requirements.
