The water rocket structure comprises a nose cone part, a posture control part coaxially connected with the nose cone part, a water storage main body part coaxially connected with the posture control part, a main spray pipe part connected with the water storage main body part, a control unit and an altimeter. The control unit is arranged in the nose cone part; the altimeter is arranged at the bottom of the water storage main body part; an electrical circuit pipeline is connected among the nose cone part, the posture control part and the main spray pipe part, and the control unit is respectively connected with the posture control part, the main spray pipe part and the altimeter through the electrical circuit pipeline; and a water supply pipeline is connected between the posture control part and the main spray pipe part.
