Modified glycidyl methacrylate, aminated nano silicon dioxide and phosphoric acid modified nano cellulose are added into the prepared passivation solution for passivation treatment of the high-corrosion-resistance alloy, and the modified glycidyl methacrylate and the phosphoric acid modified nano cellulose cooperate with each other, so that the adhesive force between a film layer and metal is greatly improved.
