The invention also provides a nucleic acid molecule, wherein the nucleic acid molecule codes the eimeria poisoning toxicant SAG7 protein; the nucleic acid molecule comprises a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The subunit vaccine is prepared by taking the eimeria necatrix SAG7 as an antigen, the SAG7 protein has good immunogenicity, and the SAG7 protein subunit vaccine has relatively strong activity in the aspect of resisting eimeria necatrix oocyst infection.
