The acrylate adhesive for the 200 DEG C electrophoresis process is prepared from a main agent component and a curing agent component according to a mass part ratio of 10: 1, the main agent component comprises methyl methacrylate, a vinyl polyfunctional acrylate monomer, an elastomer, fully refined paraffin, a filler, a stabilizer, an accelerant, an assistant accelerant and a coupling agent; the curing agent component comprises epoxy resin, a plasticizer, an elastomer, filler and an oxidizing agent. According to the invention, by optimizing the formula and adding the modification additive in the formula, the acrylate adhesive can bear 200 DEG C high-temperature electrophoresis for 40 minutes, and the strength is basically not attenuated after electrophoresis.
