Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-transparency and stable tea bran water-phase extracting solution, which comprises the following steps: (1) extracting; (2) flocculation and impurity removal; (3) decoloring; and (4) stabilizing. According to the method, plant debris, macromolecular proteins, pigments and emulsified tea seed oil in the tea saponin water extract are effectively removed, and then the tea bran water-phase extracting solution with high transparency is obtained. The obtained tea bran extracting solution has extremely high transparency, light color, high stability and high protein removal rate, and can be popularized and applied in daily chemical products.
