Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of antioxidants, in particular to a synthesis process of a thioether type antioxidant. The synthesis process of the thioether type antioxidant comprises the following steps: (1) introducing epoxypropane into a Na2S aqueous solution, and carrying out heating reaction to obtain 1, 1 '-thiodipropyl-2-alcohol; (2) adding 1, 1 '-thiodipropyl-2-alcohol and a solid catalyst into 3, 5-methyl ester, and carrying out heating reaction, so as to obtain a thioether type antioxidant; and (3) dissolving the thioether type antioxidant in methanol, filtering, mixing with a new solid catalyst, and applying the solid catalyst obtained by mixing to the step (2) to prepare the thioether type antioxidant.
