Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a suction filtration doping process, in particular to preparation of a Ti3SiC2 modified SiCf/BN/SiBCN composite material, which comprises the following steps: firstly depositing a BN interface on the surface of SiC fiber, then modifying the SiC fiber by using Ti3SiC2 particles to obtain the required SiC fiber, and finally forming a SiBCN matrix by using a PIP process to obtain the SiCf/BN/SiBCN composite material meeting the requirements. According to the invention, the huge suction force of the suction filtration device is utilized to provide a driving force, so that the suspension containing Ti3SiC2 particles enters pores of SiC fibers as much as possible, and the electromagnetic shielding performance of the composite material is finally improved. 本发明公开一种抽滤掺杂工艺,具体为制备Ti3SiC2改性的SiCf/BN/SiBCN复合材料,包括以下步骤:首先先在SiC纤维的表面沉积BN界面,之后再用Ti3SiC2颗粒对其进行改性,得到所需要的SiC纤维,最后采用PIP工艺形成SiBCN基体,获得满足需要的SiCf/BN/SiBCN复合材料。本发明利用抽滤装置巨大的吸力来提供一个推动力,让含有Ti3SiC2颗粒物的悬浮液尽可能多地进入SiC纤维的孔隙中,进而最终改善复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能。
