The production process comprises the following steps: step 1) crushing: crushing large limestone into crushed limestone with the particle size of 60-80mm; step 2), preheating: the crushed limestone is put into a preheating zone, the temperature of the preheating zone is controlled to be 900-1000 DEG C, the preheating time is 20-50 min, and a mixture of limestone and quick lime is obtained; step 3) calcining: the preheated mixture enters a calcining zone, the temperature of the calcining zone is controlled to be 1100-1200 DEG C, the calcining time is 3-5 h, sodium nitrite is sprayed to the preheating zone at the same time, and a quicklime crude product is obtained; the temperature of the cooling area is controlled to be below 100 DEG C.
