The polyvinyl alcohol is used as a hydrophilic binder, the affinity between the electrode and water is strong, charged ions easily penetrate through an interface to enter electrode material pore channels, and the adsorption capacity is improved. The polyvinyl alcohol polyquaternium-10 is easy to contain a large amount of-OH, and hydrogen bonds can be formed between the polyvinyl alcohol polyquaternium-10 and the-OH, so that good compatibility is realized, and the components in the electrode are uniformly distributed and are uniform in composition.
