Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a splitting machine for electrolytic copper foil and a method thereof. The splitting machine comprises an unwinding mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a splitting mechanism and a winding mechanism which are arranged according to an electrolytic copper foil splitting process. The cleaning mechanism comprises a scrubbing assembly and a cleaning assembly, and electrolytic copper foil is connected between the scrubbing assembly and the cleaning assembly; electrolytic copper foil is connected between the scrubbing assembly and the unwinding mechanism. The slitting mechanism comprises a slitting assembly and a guide assembly; an electrolytic copper foil is connected between the slitting assembly and the cleaning assembly; the winding mechanism comprises a winding assembly and a distinguishing assembly.
