Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking processes, in particular to a non-silicon defoaming agent based on an acrylate polymer. The non-silicon defoaming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of acrylate polymer, 20 to 35 percent of carrier, 5 to 15 percent of defoaming aid, 5 to 12 percent of white carbon black, 4 to 10 percent of polyether polyol, 5 to 7 percent of unsaturated terminated polyether, 0.5 to 2 percent of emulsifier, 0.2 to 2 percent of catalyst and 0.3 to 1 percent of pH (Potential of Hydrogen) regulator. The defoaming agent is processed by virtue of a quantitative weighing and mixing device.
