Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials, and discloses a nanometer dressing for promoting revascularization and a preparation method thereof.The nanometer dressing is prepared by taking cobaltosic oxide nanometer powder as a core, lignin and tannic acid oxidized polymer as a shell and nanoparticles with hydrophilic monomolecular layers bonded on the surfaces as a basis, the nano dressing for promoting the revascularization is obtained by adopting electrostatic spinning. The dressing prepared by the invention has the effect of powerfully activating the hypoxia-inducible factor 1 in cells. 本发明属于生物医用材料领域,公开了一种促进血管再生的纳米敷料及其制备方法,包括以四氧化三钴纳米粉作为核,以木质素和单宁酸氧化聚合物作为壳,表面键合亲水性单分子层的纳米颗粒为基础,采用静电纺丝得到促进血管再生的纳米敷料。本发明制备的敷料具有强效激活细胞中缺氧诱导因子1的效果。
