Zusammenfassung:	A continuous maltose steaming device for cooked wheaten food is composed of a maltose mechanism and a steaming mechanism, a plurality of maltose bins are arranged in a box body of the maltose mechanism, a lifting motor is installed at the top of each maltose bin and drives a tray to ascend and descend through a lifting chain, and a return motor is installed on one side of the box body of the maltose mechanism. The return motor drives the tray to move horizontally through the return guide chain; a plurality of steaming bins are arranged in a box body of the steaming mechanism, a lifting motor is installed on the top of each steaming bin and drives a tray to ascend and descend through a lifting chain, a return stroke motor is installed on one side of the box body of the steaming mechanism, and the return stroke motor drives the tray to move horizontally through a return stroke guide chain.
