The call processing method comprises: when a call connection request sent by a calling device is received, in response to the call connection request, sending a call cause selection instruction to the calling device, the call cause selection instruction being used for indicating at least one call cause; selection information fed back by the calling device based on the call cause selection indication is received, and the selection information is used for indicating that a target call cause is determined in the at least one call cause; based on the selection information, obtaining a target call processing mode corresponding to the target call cause; and processing a call connection request initiated by the calling device according to the target call processing mode. According to the embodiment of the invention, different call processing schemes can be set according to requirements of users, so that crank calls
