The invention discloses a method for predicting mobility data of shale oil reservoirs, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring seismic data and mobility data of a first reservoir, and acquiring elastic property data of a second reservoir through pre-stack seismic inversion based on logging data of the second reservoir; based on the seismic data, the mobility data and a pre-constructed skeleton frequency dispersion-extrusion jet flow frequency dispersion model, obtaining a mapping relation between the mobility data and the elastic property; and predicting mobility data of the second reservoir based on the elastic property data of the second reservoir and the mapping relationship.
