Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a suspension assembly and a vehicle. The suspension assembly comprises an engine support, a vehicle beam support and an anti-vibration assembly. The engine support is used for being connected with an engine of the vehicle. The beam support is used for being connected with a longitudinal beam of a vehicle. The two ends of the anti-vibration assembly are connected with the engine support and the vehicle beam support respectively, the anti-vibration assembly comprises a vibration isolation piece, the vibration isolation piece comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve and a vibration isolation cylinder, the inner sleeve is sleeved with the vibration isolation cylinder, the outer sleeve is sleeved with the vibration isolation cylinder, and the vibration isolation cylinder is sleeved with the anti-vibration assembly. The axial direction of the vibration isolation cylinder is parallel to the front-back direction of the vehicle. According to the technical scheme, the rigidity of the suspensio
