Short circuit recovery soft start circuit for DC-DC converter and DC-DC converter

The embodiment of the invention provides a short circuit recovery soft start circuit for a DC-DC converter. The short circuit recovery soft start circuit comprises a constant current source circuit, an energy storage circuit, a short circuit detection circuit, a short circuit start control circuit, a first switch circuit and a second switch circuit. The tank circuit stores charge from the constant current source circuit to generate a soft start signal when at least one of the first and second switching circuits stops operating, and releases the stored charge when both the first and second switching circuits operate. The short circuit detection circuit generates a short circuit indication signal according to a feedback voltage of the DC-DC converter and a short circuit reference voltage.
