The method comprises the following steps: establishing an abstract power dispatching data network topology structure model, and determining communication paths between each dispatching center and other power facilities; establishing a power dispatching service influence model by using an analytic hierarchy process according to the influence difference between the power dispatching services; the topological importance of all links in the network in local and global service transmission is calculated by analyzing the topological structure of the power dispatching data network; calculating the service importance of different links according to the communication load data of the links in combination with a power service influence model; determining importance weights among the indexes, and calculating comprehensive importance degrees of communication lines in the network; and |
