A voice acquisition unit, an image acquisition unit, an interaction module and a display module are integrated in the glasses, voice signals can be received in real time, and key features in the voice signals can be recognized in real time, so that the image acquisition unit is triggered to shoot external images. Therefore, the glasses provided by the invention can extract the feature object in the external image, identify the text information in the target area in the image, and extract the corresponding claim feature information according to the text information, so that a medical resource interface matched with customer insurance policy rights and interests is further pushed to a user through the display module in the lens; and the client is prompted to collect and upload corresponding claim settlement materials to trigger a claim settlement program of an insurance company.
