Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for electrochemically synthesizing a 3-hydroxyalkyl quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone compound, which comprises the following steps: synthesizing the 3-hydroxyalkyl quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone compound from quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone and aldehyde under a mild electrochemical condition, namely, reducing aldehyde to form hydroxyalkyl free radicals under the electrochemical condition, and then reacting with unprotected quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone to obtain the 3-hydroxyalkyl quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone compound. And synthesizing a series of 3-hydroxyalkyl quinoxaline-2 (1H)-ketone compounds. According to the method, a stoichiometric oxidant and a heavy metal catalyst are not used, and the method is environment-friendly and high in atom economy. And further amplification research is carried out by using a continuous flow electrochemical reactor, so that the method is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
