Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a strong pulse current and local cryogenic auxiliary laser shock forming device and method. The device comprises a laser shock forming system, a strong pulse current auxiliary system, a local cryogenic auxiliary system, a centering system and a control system. The local cryogenic auxiliary system comprises a thermal insulation liquid chamber, liquid nitrogen and a thermal insulation rubber layer. According to the method, the high strain rate effect of laser shock is utilized, the grain refinement degree is improved, residual compressive stress is generated, and therefore the mechanical performance and the anti-fatigue performance are improved; and through the ultralow-temperature deep cooling-pulse current auxiliary coupling effect, the deformation resistance is reduced, the plasticity of the material is improved, and brittle fracture caused by poor plasticity of a formed part is avoided.
