According to the preparation method, firstly, LiF powder and Ti3AlC2 powder react in HCl to prepare an Mxene material, and then the Mxene material, polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide are used for preparing MPAE conductive composite hydrogel; the MPAE conductive composite hydrogel takes a three-dimensional network structure constructed by polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide as a main body, wherein MXene nanosheets are uniformly dispersed in a fish scale shape; the MXene material is of a multi-layer sheet structure, and the whole MXene material is in an accordion shape.
