According to the treatment method, wastewater is sequentially subjected to activation and culture of DMF exclusive solid strains and wastewater treatment, the process is easy to operate and efficient in reaction, DMF can be degraded and finally oxidized into NH3 and CO2, and DMF is degraded. The wastewater with the inlet DMF concentration of 10000 mg/L or below can be treated, professional biodegradation can be carried out, and the DMF degradation efficiency is higher than 99.5%. According to the method, a common biological method is upgraded and enhanced, and the application range of biological treatment of the DMF wastewater is widened.
