The method comprises the steps that in response to the situation that a target vehicle meets a preset condition, the first wheel speed and the second wheel speed of the target vehicle are obtained, the first wheel speed is the maximum wheel speed in wheel speeds corresponding to multiple wheels of the target vehicle, and the second wheel speed is the average value of other wheel speeds, except the first wheel speed, in the wheel speeds corresponding to the multiple wheels; correcting the first wheel speed based on the second wheel speed to obtain a first corrected wheel speed; the first corrected wheel speed is compensated based on a reference wheel speed, a target wheel speed is obtained, and the reference wheel speed is the minimum wheel speed in the historical wheel speeds corresponding to the multiple wheels in the historical compensation period; and controlling the running state of the target vehicle based on the target w
