Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of photocatalytic materials, and discloses a columnar BPQDs/ZnIn2S4 binary heterostructure composite photocatalytic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing MIL-68 (In) serving as an indium source in a solvent A, adding a zinc source and thioacetamide, and performing hydrothermal treatment at 150-200 DEG C to obtain a columnar ZnIn2S4 material; and uniformly dispersing the ZnIn2S4 material in a solvent B, adding black phosphorus quantum dots, carrying out a stirring reaction at 50-70 DEG C for 8-24 h, and carrying out drying so as to obtain the columnar BPQDs/ZnIn2S4 binary heterostructure composite photocatalytic material.
