Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a winch, a winch system and a state estimation device capable of estimating the state of the winch without building a physical model. The hoist according to the present invention comprises a motor and is capable of controlling the motor to raise and lower a weight. The hoist is provided with: an operation information acquisition unit for acquiring operation information of the motor; and a state estimation unit that estimates the state of the hoist on the basis of the operation information acquired by the operation information acquisition unit and a state estimation formula that can estimate the state of the hoist by learning. 本发明提供一种不构建物理模型就能够推算卷扬机的状态的卷扬机、卷扬机系统和状态推算装置。本发明的卷扬机包括电动机并能够控制电动机来进行重物的起升和下降,其设置有:用于用于获取电动机的运转信息的运转信息获取部;和状态推算部,其基于由运转信息获取部获取的运转信息和进行学习而能够推算卷扬机的状态的状态推算式,来推算卷扬机的状态。
