The device comprises a rack; a pair of material conveying assemblies are arranged on the upper portion of the machine frame side by side. A material turning assembly is arranged between the two material conveying assemblies; and an acid spraying assembly and a drying assembly are arranged above the material conveying assembly side by side. According to the invention, the storage battery plate without acid spraying is firstly placed on one material conveying assembly, the acid spraying assembly and the drying assembly on one material conveying assembly are used for performing acid spraying and drying operation on one surface of the storage battery plate, and then the material overturning assembly is used for overturning the storage battery plate of which only one surface is subjected to acid spraying onto the other material conveying assembly; then the
