The method comprises the steps that the source intensity and position of a noise source in a transformer substation are acquired; determining contribution degree functions of various noise attenuation items to noise attenuation in the noise propagation path process, and obtaining contribution values of various noise attenuation items; sorting the obtained contribution values of various noise attenuation items; and determining a noise treatment priority sequence based on the sorting of the contribution values of the various noise attenuation items, determining treatment measures, and completing the design of the noise reduction scheme of the transformer substation.
