When the atmospheric layer is unstable, the thermal turbulence develops vigorously, the convection is strong, and pollutants are easy to diffuse, but the whole layer is unstable, the pollution is not easy to diffuse far away; when the atmospheric layer is stable, turbulent flow is inhibited, pollutants are not easy to diffuse and dilute, and especially when a thermal inversion layer appears, the pollutants are easy to gather on the ground surface due to weak wind or no wind, so that serious pollution is caused; according to the method, the sunlight incidence amount, the net radiation flux and the temperatures and the wind speeds at different heights of the tower layer are monitored and combined with one another to calculate different atmospheric stability types, the atmospheric
