Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-content screening method of candidate drugs, and particularly relates to a method for screening heart regeneration drugs by taking primary myocardial cells of newborn rats and mice as materials. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, separating primary myocardial cells of newborn rats and mice of 0-3 days old, inoculating the cells into a culture plate, then adding 0.01-1000mu M small molecule compounds or biomacromolecules into the cells, culturing for 1-48h, and then checking the size, form, cell number, proliferation and apoptosis states of the myocardial cells; in addition, whether the myocardial cell beating rhythm and the ion channel are affected or not is checked. And finally, preliminarily judging whether the potential micromolecular and macromolecular compounds promote proliferation of myocardial cells and do not have other toxicity to the myocardial cells or not according to the experimental results.
