Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-throughput method for simultaneously determining five mycotoxins in an aquatic product, and belongs to the technical field of trace detection of the aquatic product. A C18 adsorbent and an n-hexane purification method are combined for use, the C18 adsorbent is firstly used for purification, and then n-hexane is added for secondary purification. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for simultaneously detecting the five mycotoxins in the aquatic product, has a good linear relationship in respective response ranges, a correlation coefficient (r) of more than or equal to 0.99, a detection limit of 1.0 mu g/kg, a quantitation limit of 2.0 mu g/kg, an average standard recovery rate of 60-120%, a relative standard deviation of less than or equal to 15%, and good accuracy and stability, and is suitable for multi-residue and high-throughput detection of the mycotoxins in the aquatic product sample.
