Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an HPLC-ELSD detection method for lecithin in poultry eggs. The invention establishes a method for detecting PC in poultry eggs by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering. The result shows that when the PC is in a range of 0.1-2.0 mg/mL, the logarithm of the PC peak area and the logarithm of the corresponding mass concentration are in a good linear relationship (R2 is greater than 0.999); the relative standard deviation of precision test results is less than 2.7%, and the recovery rate is 95.0%-105.0%. 本发明涉及一种禽蛋中卵磷脂的HPLC-ELSD检测方法。本发明建立了高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测禽蛋中PC的方法;结果表明,PC在0.1~2.0mg/mL范围内,PC峰面积的对数与相应质量浓度的对数呈良好的线性关系(R2>0.999);精密度试验结果相对标准偏差均<2.7%,回收率为95.0%~105.0%。
