The invention discloses a magneto-acoustic-electric detection method and device for defects of a high-conductivity non-ferromagnetic material, which can effectively improve the spatial resolution of detection and overcome the defect that only surface defects can be detected due to a skin effect in eddy current detection through a multi-physical field coupling effect of a sound field and an electromagnetic field.
