The Raman characteristic peak of the SERS probe disclosed by the invention is within the range of 1800 cm to 2500 cm of a Raman silence zone; the SERS probe comprises a colloidal gold structure and a silver shell arranged on the surface of the colloidal gold structure, the silver shell is connected with a plurality of Raman reporter molecule phenylacetylene, the outer side of the phenylacetylene is connected with a polydopamine layer formed by auto-polymerization wrapping of dopamine, and the outer side of the polydopamine layer is connected with a procalcitonin antibody.
