Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a somatostatin type 2 receptor inhibitor, a radionuclide complex thereof, a preparation method and an application, the somatostatin type 2 receptor inhibitor has a structure shown as a formula I, and n is selected from natural numbers from 1 to 7. On the basis of the somatostatin type 2 receptor inhibitor, a complex formed by marking 99mTc or 188Re can be respectively used for specific SPECT/CT imaging of a somatostatin type 2 receptor or treatment of neuroendocrine tumor. The complex has the characteristics of high labeling rate, good stability and good tumor tissue targeting, and provides a new idea for diagnosis and treatment integration of neuroendocrine tumor. 本发明公开了一种生长抑素2型受体抑制剂及其放射性核素配合物、制备方法及应用,生长抑素2型受体抑制剂具有如下式I所示的结构:其中,n选自1至7的自然数。在所述的生长抑素2型受体抑制剂的基础上,标记99mTc或188Re形成的配合物,可分别用于生长抑素2型受体特异性SPECT/CT显像或神经内分泌瘤治疗。该配合物具有标记率高,稳定性好,肿瘤组织靶向性好的特点,为神经内分泌瘤诊治一体化提供了新的思路。
