Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a ventilation device for a house building engineering building. The ventilation device comprises a portable control box, a movable AGV body, a storage mechanism, a load-carrying AGV body, a telescopic suspension arm and a carrying and dismounting mechanism. The mobile AGV body is arranged on the outer side of the portable control box; the storage mechanism is arranged at the top of the mobile AGV body; the loading AGV body is arranged on the outer side of the portable control box; the telescopic suspension arm is mounted at the top end of the load-carrying AGV body, and the telescopic suspension arm is electrically connected with the load-carrying AGV body; and the carrying and dismounting mechanism is arranged at the moving end of the telescopic suspension arm. According to the ventilation device for the house building engineering building, the temporary ventilation effect of a construction site can be achieved under the condition that an existing ventilation pipeline is not provided
