The sterilization composition is prepared from the following active ingredients: the traditional Chinese medicine extracts prepared from cassia twigs, rheum officinale, perilla frutescens and polygonum cuspidatum, and a compound containing Ag, wherein the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is calculated by concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine extract to 1/2 of the weight of the raw medicine, and the weight ratio of Ag in the traditional Chinese medicine extract to Ag in the Ag-containing compound is 3000: (0.3-1.0) according to the weight of the Ag-containing compound.
