Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-reliability low-delay communication system high-frequency-efficiency hybrid precoding design method and device and a communication system, which use a high-frequency channel to ensure high-quality transmission of signals and use a hybrid precoder to balance the relationship between hardware cost and spectrum efficiency. According to the method, a first-order convex approximation optimization algorithm is utilized, maximum spectrum efficiency is taken as an optimization target, maximum transmitting power is taken as a constraint, a precoding matrix under an all-digital precoder structure is solved, and then an approximation method is utilized to enable parameters of a hybrid precoder to be infinitely close to the all-digital precoder.
