Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a deformed square microcavity semiconductor laser with directional output, and the semiconductor laser comprises an echo wall microcavity (1) which is of a deformed square structure, and the two edges, where the vertex of one square is located, of the deformed square are arc edges; the waveguide (2) is of a rectangular structure, a first end and a second end (5) are sequentially formed in the length direction of the waveguide (2), and the first end is connected with the echo wall microcavity (1); wherein the FP mode in the waveguide (2) is coupled with the echo wall mode in the echo wall microcavity (1), and the formed coupling mode is output directionally along the second end (5) of the waveguide (2).
