The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video authentication result of performing video authentication on a to-be-authenticated object; when the video authentication result represents that the first similarity score of the to-be-authenticated object and the target object is greater than a first preset threshold value, obtaining signature features of the to-be-authenticated object signed on the target device; determining a second similarity score of the to-be-authenticated object and the target object based on the device information of the target device and the signature feature; when the second similarity score is smaller than a second preset threshold value, target information sent by the to-be-authenticated object through the target device is obtained, and the target information is information used for representing the identity of the to-be-authenticated object; an
