According to the method, the optimization target information set by the merchant user is obtained by responding to the operation of setting the optimization target by the merchant user; and according to the optimization target information and the priorities of the candidate supply chain optimization schemes, determining a combined optimization scheme comprising at least one supply chain optimization scheme by adopting a heuristic algorithm, so that the combined optimization scheme meets the optimization target of the merchant user, and recommending the combined optimization scheme to the merchant user.
