Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fluorescence loss principle of stimulated radiation loss sensitization and a super-resolution imaging method and device thereof. On one hand, the fluorescence loss method is characterized in that near-infrared continuous laser is utilized to cause a stimulated radiation process of sensitized ions in rare earth doped fluorescent nanoparticles; the energy transfer process between the sensitized ions and one or more activated ions is blocked from an excitation source, and light emission of all energy levels of all the activated ions is quenched, so that simultaneous loss of fluorescence of different energy levels of different activated ions by the single-beam loss laser is realized.
